Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course is the crown jewel of the City of Albuquerque Municipal Courses. The course opened in 1965, its features include large greens, rolling fairways, strategically placed bunkers, and three water hazards which meet the needs of intermediate and advanced players alike.
Arroyo Del Oso's Championship course stretches nearly 7,000 yards from the tips, but is a manageable 6,545 yards Par 72 from the middle tees. In 1981, Golf Digest Magazine rated Arroyo Del Oso among the top 50 Municipal Golf Courses in the nation.
